Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the training centre shall apply to the Government of Rajasthan in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Government of Rajasthan shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
