Surrender of certificate.—Every supplier of relief materials who ceases to carry on the storage of relief materials shall, within one day of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every relief material held by him has been disposed of.
