Intimation of change.—Every lessee of a village tank shall intimate to the Director of Panchayats, in Form 1 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Panchayats shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
