Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any certifying authority dies, his legal representative shall, within three days of the death, intimate the death to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every digital signature then held; and the Cyber Appellate Tribunal shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
