Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the certifying authority shall apply to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Cyber Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three days of the application.
