Intimation of change.—Every institution shall intimate to the Regulatory Authority, in Form D and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regulatory Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
