Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the limited liability partnership shall apply to the Government of Kerala in Form INC-22 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Government of Kerala shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
