Intimation of change.—Every owner of land adjoining an embankment shall intimate to the Land Acquisition Officer, in Form 7 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Land Acquisition Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
