Surrender of certificate.—Every aggregator who ceases to carry on the aggregation of transport services shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 30 of the manner in which every road tax receipt held by him has been disposed of.
