Application for registration.—Every cyber cafe operator carrying on the running of a cyber cafe shall make an application for registration to the Board in Form F, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every consent held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
