Surrender of certificate.—Every appellate authority who ceases to carry on the hearing of appeals shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every certified copy held by him has been disposed of.
