Application for registration.—Every appellate authority carrying on the hearing of appeals shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form C, within five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every appeal held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for five days from that date.
