Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a common service centre who ceases to carry on the running of a common service centre shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Collector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 8 of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
