Application for registration.—Every operator of a common service centre carrying on the running of a common service centre shall make an application for registration to the District Collector in Form 1, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every muster roll held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
