Intimation of change.—Every lessee of trust property shall intimate to the Charity Commissioner, in Form B and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Charity Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
