Surrender of certificate.—Every lessee of trust property who ceases to carry on the holding of trust property on lease shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Charity Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every budget held by him has been disposed of.
