Surrender of certificate.—Every meter manufacturer who ceases to carry on the manufacture of electricity meters shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every generating station held by him has been disposed of.
