Intimation of change.—Every mutawalli shall intimate to the Government of Madhya Pradesh, in Form C and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
