Application for registration.—Every nursing home carrying on the running of a nursing home shall make an application for registration to the Appropriate Authority in Form 20-B, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every stock register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
