Application for registration.—Every person carrying on a trade within the municipal limits carrying on the carrying on of a trade shall make an application for registration to the Municipal Council in Form D, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every drain held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
