Records to be maintained.—Every person carrying on a trade within the municipal limits shall maintain, in Form H, a record of the carrying on of a trade showing the particulars of every notice of demolition received, held and disposed of, shall make every entry in the record within fourteen days of the transaction to which it relates, and shall preserve the record for a period of five years from the date of the last entry.
