Surrender of certificate.—Every person executing an instrument who ceases to carry on the execution of instruments shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Inspector General of Registration in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every adjudication held by him has been disposed of.
