Surrender of certificate.—Every certifying medical authority who ceases to carry on the certification of disability shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every assistive device held by him has been disposed of.
