Surrender of certificate.—Every executor of a will who ceases to carry on the administration of the estate of a deceased person shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Family Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every declaration held by him has been disposed of.
