Application for registration.—Every executor of a will carrying on the administration of the estate of a deceased person shall make an application for registration to the Family Court in Form IV, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every register of deaths held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
