Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the executor of a will shall apply to the Family Court in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Family Court shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
