Surrender of certificate.—Every aerodrome operator who ceases to carry on the operation of an aerodrome shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-4 of the manner in which every register of aircraft held by him has been disposed of.
