Intimation of change.—Every owner of a well on Government land shall intimate to the Revenue Divisional Officer, in Form 12 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Revenue Divisional Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
