Intimation of change.—Every producer of plastic packaging shall intimate to the Central Board, in Form II and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
