Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a gymnasium shall apply to the Agency in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Agency shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
