Intimation of change.—Every non-banking financial company shall intimate to the Registrar of Moneylenders, in Form A and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Moneylenders shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
