Application for registration.—Every licensee of a fishery in a reservoir carrying on fishing in a reservoir shall make an application for registration to the Board in Form E, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every water course held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
