Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee shall apply to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
