Intimation of change.—Every owner of a mine shall intimate to the Government of Andhra Pradesh, in Form A and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
