Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a mine who ceases to carry on the working of a mine shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form K of the manner in which every plan held by him has been disposed of.
