Maintenance of premises.—Every bank conducting Government business shall keep the premises where the conduct of Government business by a bank is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every register of contracts kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the conduct of Government business by a bank, and shall furnish to the Finance Commission in Form GFR 41, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
