Surrender of certificate.—Every tourist guide who ceases to carry on the guiding of tourists shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every guest register held by him has been disposed of.
