Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any patent agent dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Goa in Form 5, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of patents then held; and the Government of Goa shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
