Surrender of certificate.—Every patent agent who ceases to carry on the practice as a patent agent shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Goa in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form TM-A of the manner in which every work held by him has been disposed of.
