Intimation of change.—Every broadcaster of election advertisements shall intimate to the Electoral Registration Officer, in Form 7 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Electoral Registration Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
