Application for registration.—Every licensee for the sale of poisons carrying on the sale of poisons shall make an application for registration to the Superintendent of Police in Form VI, within ten days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every printing machine held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
