Application for registration.—Every web aggregator carrying on the display of insurance products on a website shall make an application for registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form IRDA-8, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every premium held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
