Intimation of change.—Every occupier shall intimate to the Custodian of Enemy Property, in Form 5 and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Custodian of Enemy Property shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
