Surrender of certificate.—Every platform aggregator who ceases to carry on the engagement of gig workers shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registering Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every establishment held by him has been disposed of.
