Clause 2, Gujarat Maritime Board (Register of vessels Control) Order, 2013 [SF2-GPA]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Gujarat Maritime Board Act, 1981 (Gujarat Act 30 of 1981); (b) "operator of a cruise vessel" means a person carrying on the operation of a cruise vessel; (c) "port clearance" means a port clearance received, held or disposed of by a operator of a cruise vessel in the course of the operation of a cruise vessel; (d) "Form 6" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
