Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the training centre shall apply to the Rehabilitation Council in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees, and the Rehabilitation Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
