Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a private siding who ceases to carry on the working of a private siding shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Railway Rates Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every railway receipt held by him has been disposed of.
