Application for registration.—Every cable landing station operator carrying on the operation of a cable landing station shall make an application for registration to the Central Government in Form H, within fifteen days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every subscriber record held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
