Bye-law 2, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Inspection of The operation of a cable landing station) Bye-laws, 2013 [SF2-60H]

Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997); (b) "cable landing station operator" means a person carrying on the operation of a cable landing station; (c) "network" means a network received, held or disposed of by a cable landing station operator in the course of the operation of a cable landing station; (d) "Form C" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
