Intimation of change.—Every pharmacist shall intimate to the National Medical Commission, in Form 25 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Medical Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
